موارد الشارقة تنظم جلسة ( تبادل ) الحوارية الافتراضية حول نظام تقييم الأداء

Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR), represented by SDHR’s department of performance appraisal system, organised a virtual dialogue session entitled "Tabadul". The session targeted direct officials in government entities in the Emirate of Sharjah, addressing two axes represented in the evaluation ladder in the performance appraisal system (1 to 4) and the second axis concerned with preparing an alternative plan for managing risks and crises.
The session comes on the basis of the importance of the performance evaluation system for government employees. In addition to the interest of SDHR to enhance communication with entities of the Sharjah government, and to take into account their development proposals.
The session aims to educate the authorities about the need to spread knowledge regarding performance evaluation points, how to evaluate employees in a fair and equitable manner, discuss alternative plans to manage risks and crises that would affect the employee’s evaluation, and develop future forward-looking plans that contribute to supporting the employee’s achievement of annual goals without obstacles.
The session was held using visual communication through the WEBEX program and presented by Nada Abdullah Al Juwaed, Head of the Follow-up Department of the Performance Appraisal System of SDHR, hosted by Eng. Lamiaa Abdulaziz Al Noman, Director of Support Services Department at Sharjah Prevention and Safety Authority (SPSA).
